1. Why doesn't the Welcome Discount Code work?
The WELCOME discount code can only be used one time on items purchased at checkout, by entering the word Welcome in the appropriate space. This discount CANNOT be applied to items already on sale or part of the CARRY-OVER collection. The Welcome discount code is applied ONLY for purchases on the online shop and not for purchases in the Cappelletto physical stores in Treviso and Mogliano Veneto. If you place a first order with items on sale or carry-over products, you can take advantage of the Welcome discount code on your next purchase!
2. Why didn't I receive a confirmation email of my order?
In case you don't get it right away, don't worry. It could have ended up in your SPAM. Check your mail account. Or contact us through our chat (where we will answer you during shop hours) or email (email@example.com)
3. If I bought a shoe and I have the wrong number, can I make the change?
If the size for a change is available in stock, Cappellettoshop gives the possibility to do it only once, for free. Contact us by phone (0422.543655) or by email (firstname.lastname@example.org) to inform us that you intend to change.
NB: Please test your footwear by placing your foot on a clean carpet. Shoes that return to the shop with signs of wear and dirt will be returned to the sender and Società Cappelletto reserves the right to claim the transport costs.
Reassemble your package as received (do not unseal the product), put your name on the package and make sure you are home for the exchange. If GLS does not find anyone at the delivery of the change, and you do not have the return ready, the courier will not make the delivery!
Attention, once a size change has been made, the product is no longer returnable.
For the size change of an order placed from abroad, unfortunately DHL does not give the possibility to make an exchange.
If you see that the size you need for the change is still available we advise you to buy it immediately and return the wrong one. We will refund you in the terms indicated above. For the return use the forwarder of your choice or the Post Office. The return must arrive within 14 days.
4. What if I want to exchange an item with a lower value than the one I purchased?
Exchange is always possible, even if the customer chooses to exchange it for an item of lower value. But be careful: if the value of the first purchase is higher than that of the exchange rate, the price difference will not be refundable (not even by going to the shops in Treviso and Mogliano Veneto). CappellettoShop will issue a Gift Card to be used on our website within one year from the date of your first purchase.
5. What if I want to exchange an item with a higher value than the one I purchased?
Here too the change is always possible: send an email to email@example.com with your request. If the article / size is available, CappellettoShop will send you a link for the price integration and will organize the exchange with GLS for you, free of charge.
6. Do I necessarily have to subscribe to the newsletter?
To proceed with a purchase it is not necessary to be registered, but it is an option that will guarantee you the sending of newsletters and updates. If you already have a CappellettoShop account, simply enter the email address and password chosen at the time of registration.
Is it your first purchase on CappellettoShop? You simply have to register: a form will appear in which to indicate your information.

Given the amount of visitors during the sale periods, our site may be slowed down. Don't be alarmed everything will work fine, it will just take a little longer in some cases. However, we advise you not to wait until the last moment to make your purchases because the availability of your size may run out!
8. I want to make a return: what can I do?

9. I am interested in purchasing a carry-over item but my size is no longer available or that bag / backpack is no longer available.
CappellettoShop guarantees the availability of many items that it considers timeless, that is, CARRY-OVER. Send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org with your request. It will be our pleasure to check the restocking times of the article, when the company that produces it gives us its availability. Bear in mind that restocking is sometimes conditioned by seasonality. So a winter item will be more easily restocked in winter and vice versa for the summer.
10. When will my order be shipped and what are the expected delivery times?
If you have paid for your order with Paypal or Credit Card, your order will be shipped immediately. If the order arrives before 13pm, it will leave on the same day. If it arrives after 13pm it will most likely leave the following day. Normally our trusted couriers deliver in 24/48 hours (working days). In periods of heavy traffic of online purchases, such as near the Christmas period, the delivery of orders may take three days. We kindly ask you to send us an email to email@example.com if your order has not arrived within three days.
If you have chosen bank transfer as your payment method, your order will be processed when we will display the credit on our bank account. Use the "immediate transfer" method if you want your order to be shipped as soon as possible.
