1. Shipping times

Usually the shipment takes a maximum of 1-4 working days from the date of shipment of the package. In exceptional cases the waiting time may be longer.

2. Status of the order

As soon as our goods leave the shop you will receive an email with the SHIPPING CONFIRMATION in which you will find the traceability link that can be used to check the status of your order online. 

3. Forewarder

The partner couriers to which CappellettoShop relies for shipments in Italy are GLS and SDA, for shipments abroad instead we use UPS and DHL. 

4. Express delivery methods

For almost all locations in Italy, CappellettoShop now offers an express delivery service. The package will be delivered by GLS or DHL forwarder within 1-2 days of shipment (depends on your zip code). The precise delivery date and cost will be shown to you during the order confirmation phase where you can select the "express delivery" option.

  • Express delivery takes place from Monday to Friday, excluding holidays.
  • If the desired item is available and the order is placed by 13 pm, delivery will take place within 00/1 working days after the order (only with immediate payment).
  • The following payment methods can be used for express delivery: credit card and PayPal. In the event that you have chosen to pay by bank transfer, the shipment will take place only upon receipt of the credit on our current account.
  • You can view at any time the status of the delivery expressed by the tracking code received in the email.
  • Shipping cost Italy: €8 for orders under €150; free for orders over €150.
  • CappellettoShop reserves the right to ask the customer to pay the extra shipping costs if the package exceeds the standard dimensions 65 x 35 x 14 cm (for the purchase of more than one item).

5. Where do we ship to?

We ship throughout Italy and worldwide (not Russia, New Zealand, Canada, Turkey). 

6. Cash on delivery

We remember that for shipments with Cash on Delivery (COD), it is required to select the COD shipment whose price is 10 €. Cash on delivery is made only for orders with Italian shipping.

We ask our kind customers to confirm and accept the cost of shipping in COD by replying to the email that is sent. 

7. Lost parcel/Delivery with reserve

If you do not receive the goods within one week from the shipping confirmation email, please notify our customer service via our email address or by calling the customer number.

Upon receipt of the package, the customer must immediately check the integrity of the package and if it is damaged or open, he must report the fact immediately to the courier, signing with reserve. Società Cappelletto is not responsible for any thefts that have not been immediately reported to the courier (i.e. at the time of delivery) and that are not documented with photographs showing the non-integrity of the package received and the missing goods.

In the event that the package delivered by the courier presents anomalies or apparent damage, the'acceptanceion with reserve must clearly indicate the reason why the same is raised to the courier (by way of example: damaged packages; tampered packages; packages closed with personalized ribbon different from the corporate one etc.). The indication of the reason for the reserve is in fact a relevant condition for being able to carry out the appropriate ones actions against the courier. We remind you in this regard that an acceptance with generic reserve, without specifying the reason, it is devoid of any value for the purposes of any possible action that one intends to carry out towards the courier

8. Multiple shipments

To speed up deliveries in the Italian territory, for orders consisting of two or more items, multiple shipments could be provided. Conversely, if you have placed more than one order within a few hours, your orders may be enclosed in a single package.
You will receive a confirmation email with the relevant tracking link for each of them.
 
9. Receiving email
  • If the purchase is successful you will receive an ORDER CONFIRMATION email. If you do not receive it, check the SPAM box!
  • When your package is shipped from our warehouse you will receive a SHIPPING CONFIRMATION email from which you can track your order.

 10. Where no delivery and remote areas surcharge

Due to the malfunctioning of the import of returns from Canada and New Zealand we are forced to no longer accept purchases from this country. We are also not allowed to ship to Russia and Belarus.

Remote areas: supplements may be required in the shipping costs if extra costs are applied by the courier in sending the goods to remote areas, also for the Exchange service
