1. Shipping times

Usually the shipment takes a maximum of 2-5 working days from the date of shipment of the package. In exceptional cases the waiting time may be longer.

Once your order is shipped from our warehouses, you will receive a shipping confirmation email on which you will find the date by which the arrival of your package is expected.

2. Status of the order

As soon as our goods leave the warehouse you will receive an email with the SHIPPING CONFIRMATION in which you will find the traceability link that can be used to check the status of your order online.

3. Courier

The partner courier which CappellettoShop relies on for shipments to Italy is Bartolini BRT and GLS. For international shipments we rely on DHL.

4. Express delivery methods

For almost all locations in Italy, CappellettoShop now offers an express delivery service. The package will be delivered by BRT courier within 1-2 days of shipment (depends on your postcode). The precise delivery date and cost will be shown to you during the order confirmation phase where you can select the "express delivery" option.

  • Delivery can only be made to an Italian address.
  • Express delivery takes place from Monday to Friday, excluding holidays.
  • If the desired item is available and the order is made before 13:00, delivery will take place within 2 working days after the order.
  • The following payment methods can be used for express delivery: credit card and PayPal.
  • It is possible to view the delivery status expressed by the tracking code received in email at any time.
  • To return an item bought with express delivery, follow the normal return procedure found under "How to make a return".

5. Where it is delivered

It is delivered throughout Italy and worldwide.

6. Costs

ITALY

The shipping cost is € 8 for orders less than € 100, over € 100 the shipping is free.

EUROPE (excluding France and Switzerland)

The shipping cost is € 20,00 for orders under € 300, over € 300 shipping is free. We remind you that the return is always paid by the buyer.

FRANCE

The shipping cost is € 15,00 for orders under € 200, over € 200 shipping is free. We remind you that the return is always paid by the buyer.

SWITZERLAND

The shipping cost is € 40,00 for all orders. We remind you that the return is always paid by the buyer.

KOREA OF THE SOUTH

The shipping cost is € 40,00 for all orders. We remind you that the return is always paid by the buyer.

NORWAY

The shipping cost is € 35,00 for all orders. We remind you that the return is always paid by the buyer.

JAPAN

The shipping cost is 60 € FROM 0 300 €. Over 300 € of spending is 40 €. We remind you that the return is always paid by the buyer.

REST OF THE WORLD

The shipping cost is € 40,00 for all orders. We remind you that the return is always paid by the buyer.

7. Lost parcel

If you do not receive the goods within a week of the shipping confirmation email, please communicate it to our customer service via our email address or by calling the customer number.

8. Multiple shipments

To speed up deliveries in the Italian territory, for orders consisting of two or more items, multiple shipments may be required.
You will receive a confirmation email with the related tracking link for each of them.
Our partner courier will take care of the delivery which will be free.
9. Receiving email
  • If the purchase was successful you will receive an ORDER CONFIRMATION email.
  • When your package is shipped from our warehouse you will receive a SHIPPING CONFIRMATION email from which you can track your order.

10. Where it is not delivered

Due to the malfunctioning of the import of returns from Canada, we are forced to no longer accept purchases from this country.
