1. Shipping times

Usually the shipment takes a maximum of 1-4 working days from the date of shipment of the package. In exceptional cases the waiting time may be longer.

2. Status of the order

As soon as our goods leave the shop you will receive an email with the SHIPPING CONFIRMATION in which you will find the traceability link that can be used to check the status of your order online. 

3. Forewarder

The partner courier that CappellettoShop relies on for shipments to Italy is GLS, while for shipments abroad we use DHL. 

4. Express delivery methods

For almost all locations in Italy, CappellettoShop now offers an express delivery service. The package will be delivered by GLS or DHL forwarder within 1-2 days of shipment (depends on your zip code). The precise delivery date and cost will be shown to you during the order confirmation phase where you can select the "express delivery" option.

  • Express delivery takes place from Monday to Friday, excluding holidays.
  • If the desired item is available and the order is made before 13:00, delivery will take place within 2 working days after the order.
  • The following payment methods can be used for express delivery: credit card and PayPal. In the event that you have chosen to pay by bank transfer, the shipment will take place only upon receipt of the credit on our current account.
  • You can view at any time the status of the delivery expressed by the tracking code received in the email.
  • Shipping cost Italy: €10 for orders under €150; free for orders over €150.

We ship throughout Italy and in the world (not Russia and Canada).

The service will be active once the package shipment notification has arrived.

The customer will have to INDEPENDENTLY enter the DHL On Demand platform to be able to choose the service point closest to his home.

To change the Service Point address, contact DHL assistance. 

6. Cash on delivery

We remember that for shipments with Cash on Delivery (COD), it is required to select the COD shipment whose price is 10 €. Cash on delivery is made only for orders with Italian shipping.

We ask our kind customers to confirm and accept the cost of shipping in COD by replying to the email that is sent. 

7. Lost parcel

If you do not receive the goods within one week from the shipping confirmation email, please notify our customer service via our email address or by calling the customer number.

Upon receipt of the package, the customer must immediately check the integrity of the package and if it is damaged or open, he must report the fact immediately to the courier, signing with reserve. Società Cappelletto is not responsible for any thefts that have not been immediately reported to the courier (i.e. at the time of delivery) and that are not documented with photographs showing the non-integrity of the package received and the missing goods.

8. Multiple shipments

To speed up deliveries in the Italian territory, for orders consisting of two or more items, multiple shipments may be required. 
You will receive a confirmation email with the related tracking link for each of them.
 
9. Receiving email
  • If the purchase is successful you will receive an ORDER CONFIRMATION email. If you do not receive it, check the SPAM box!
  • When your package is shipped from our warehouse you will receive a SHIPPING CONFIRMATION email from which you can track your order.

 10. Where no delivery and remote areas surcharge

Due to the malfunctioning of the import of returns from Canada and New Zealand we are forced to no longer accept purchases from this country. We are also not allowed to ship to Russia and Belarus.

Remote areas: supplements may be required in the shipping costs if extra costs are applied by the courier in sending the goods to remote areas, also for the Exchange service
