Methods of Payment

1. Payment methods

On CappellettoShop website it is possible to pay for orders by Credit Card, PayPal and Bank Transfer. We don't accept PostePay.

2. Credit card

PYou can pay comfortably and safely. We accept Mastercard, Visa, Visa Electron, American Express. At the time of payment you may be directed to your bank's page for payment processing.

For customers already enabled by Verified by Visa and MasterCard Secure Code:

  • On your bank's web page you will be welcomed with the title of your choice and you will be asked to confirm the amount with a personal Pin.
  • After the bank has verified the PIN entered, you will get the payment confirmation of the order placed on CappellettoShop.

For customers not yet qualified for Verfied by Visa and MasterCard Secure Code:

  • In this case, a single registration with the bank that issued your card will be required for all future purchases.
  • On your bank's web pages you will be asked to identify yourself with the security questions previously set.
  • Finally, you will be asked to set a new Pin and a welcome message for future use.
  • The next step takes place in the same way as the already enabled customers.

Your credit card data will be transferred securely through the SSL protocol.

If you return the goods, the amount will be credited to your card. CappellettoShop is safe!

3 PayPal

Payment with Paypal

You can choose to pay in this way by selecting the PayPal option; once you have reached the third phase of the purchase process ("Confirm") click on "Confirm and continue with PayPal" to complete your order.

  • If you already have a PayPal account, identify yourself with your e-mail and password and confirm the payment.
  • If you don't have a PayPal account, you can create a new one using your credit / prepaid card in this case just select the type of card, fill in the necessary data and confirm the payment.
  1. If you are already registered on PayPal click and log in to your account.
  2. If you are not registered on PayPal, enter the required data and proceed to create your account.

The order is processed as soon as the payment is credited to us. If you return the goods to us, the amount of your order will be refunded to your PayPal account (or to your credit card if you are an unregistered PayPal user)

We inform you that if you use PayPal you have the possibility to be reimbursed for the return costs - incurred by you. Go to the PayPal site to know more.

5. Bank Transfer

When should I pay by bank transfer?
Payment must necessarily be made within 2 days of the order date. To speed up the procedure, you can send us the accountant at the email address info@cappellettoshop.it
After this deadline the order will be automatically canceled.

When will my order be processed?
Your order will be processed only after receiving the credit notification from our Bank. We will send you an email with the confirmation and delivery date of your order upon receipt of payment.

What happens if the product I have chosen is no longer available when the order is taken over?
You will be contacted by the Customer Service and you can modify the purchased product or request a refund of the amount.
