RETURN POLICY

Right of withdrawal

Pursuant to art. 52 of Legislative Decree 206/2005, as amended by Legislative Decree 21/2014, the Customer may withdraw from the Conditions and therefore from the purchase contract for any reason, without the need to give reasons and without any penalty, within 14 (fourteen) calendar days from the date of receipt of the products.

It is not possible to exercise the right of withdrawal for the purchase of socks, key rings and accessories or shoe cleaning products. 

To exercise the right of withdrawal referred to in the previous article 5.1, the Customer must STRICTLY send a communication to this effect to CappellettoShop, within the terms indicated, to the following email address info@cappellettoshop.it, attaching photos of the product confirming the presence of the guarantee seal and the cleanliness of the sole.

The return is charged to the customer.

In case of withdrawal, the customer will have to resend at his expense the products to COMPANY CAPPELLETTO SRL by choosing your trusted courier or Poste Italiane, at the following address:

If desired, CappellettoShop can organize the collection of the return. The expense will be deducted from the refund with an additional cost of € 10.* option that can be activated only for orders placed in Italy.

In the case of returns from abroad, CappellettoShop can organize the collection upon acceptance by the customer of the shipping price.

The goods must be returned intact, complete with all their parts and in the original packaging (envelopes and packs), kept and possibly used for the time strictly necessary to establish and verify their nature, characteristics and size, according to normal diligence, without the presence of signs of wear or dirt, in compliance with the following conditions:

  1. the right to withdraw may apply to the product purchased in its entirety; in fact it is not possible to exercise withdrawal only on parts of the purchased product (eg: accessories, complements, etc ...) 
  2. for the withdrawal to be possible, the product must be CLEAN, intact and returned in its original packaging (which must also be intact) COMPLETE WITH THE WARRANTY SEAL. NB: Please test your footwear by placing them on a clean carpet. Returns of footwear that return to the store with signs of wear and dirt are not accepted and will be returned to the sender. Cappelletto Company reserves the right to claim transport costs. Furthermore, the user must pay attention when packing the product to be returned: in the event that it arrives damaged due to improper packaging, CappellettoShop reserves the right to refuse the return.
  3. the shipping costs (and any customs fees, if any) for the return of the goods will be the sole responsibility of the Customer, even in case of refusal of the shipment by the customer. 
  4. Any customs fees incurred by Società Cappelletto SRL for returns from non-EEC countries will be deducted from the refund of the return.
  5. the shipment, until the certificate of receipt in the warehouse indicated by SOCIETÀ CAPPELLETTO SRL, is under the complete responsibility of the customer;
  6. in case of damage to the goods during transport, SOCIETÀ CAPPELLETTO SRL will notify the Customer, to allow him to promptly file a complaint against the forwarder chosen by him and obtain the relative refund; 
  7. SOCIETÀ CAPPELLETTO SRL will not respond in any way to damage, theft or loss occurred during or, in any case depending, on the shipment for the return.

Once the return has been received, COMPANY CAPPELLETTO SRL will reimburse the Customer for the full amount already paid within ten working days, net of the Shipping Costs incurred by the customer and any customs fees incurred by CappellettoShop for returns from non-EEC countries, with the same way in which you made the payment at the time of the order.

Refunds via PayPal and Credit Card will take place within 10 days of receipt of the return. If, on the other hand, the customer has made a payment by bank transfer, he must indicate the details of the current account in the postcard attached to the order to allow Società Cappelletto Srl to make the refund. The times for receiving the transfer are 10 working days from the moment of receipt of the return.

    In any case, the Customer will loose the right of withdrawal in the cases where SOCIETÀ CAPPELLETTO SRL ascertains that:

    • the returned product and / or its accessories, and / or its packaging are not intact or if the warranty seal has been removed;
    • the product is not in the condition in which it was shipped at the time of the order. 
    • the product is missing its external packaging and / or the original internal packaging;
    • the product is missing elements integrating it and / or accessories (e.g. closures, laces, buckles, etc.).

    In the event of loss of the right to withdraw, SOCIETÀ CAPPELLETTO SRL will return the purchased product to the sender, charging the shipping costs and, if already refunded, the price of the product.
