Cappelletto Shop Sales Conditions
By placing an order you make an offer to purchase a product at the following terms and conditions. All orders are subject to availability and confirmation of the order price.
Your order is subject to the availability of the product in stock. CappellettoShop does not guarantee the availability of the product in your shopping cart. If the product you have selected and ordered is not available, you will be immediately notified by our shop for an alternative product or to notify you of the cancellation of the order.
Shipping times may vary based on product availability and any guarantees or forecasts relating to delivery times are limited to Italy and subject to any delays due to the courier service we rely on or due to force majeure for which we do not we will be responsible. Please see the Shipping page for more details on delivery costs.
To conclude a contract with CAPPELLETTO SHOP (Cappelletto srl company) You must be at least 18 years old and have a valid credit or debit card issued by a bank we trust. CAPPELLETTO SHOP reserves the right to refuse any of your requests. If your order is accepted, we will inform you by e-mail.
When you place an order, you must ensure that all the details you provide to us are true and precise, that you are authorized users of your credit or debit card to place the order and that there are sufficient funds to cover the cost of the products. The cost of foreign products and services may be subject to change. All prices shown are subject to these changes.
When you place an order, you will receive an e-mail confirming the receipt of your order: this e-mail will only be a confirmation and will not constitute acceptance of the order. The contract will not be concluded until we send you confirmation by e-mail that the products you have ordered have been sent to you. Only the items indicated in the confirmation email sent at the time of shipment will be included in the final contract.
a. Price and Availability
Although we try to ensure that all the details, descriptions and prices that appear on this website are accurate, errors may occur. If we discover an error in the price of the products you have ordered, we will inform you as soon as possible and give you the opportunity to reconfirm the order at the correct price or to cancel it. If we are unable to contact you, we will consider the order canceled. If you cancel the order after having already paid for the products, you will receive a full refund. If applicable, the price is inclusive of VAT. Delivery costs will be added separately; these additional costs are clearly indicated when they apply and are included in the "total cost".
After receiving the order, we carry out a standard pre-authorization check on your payment card to ensure that there are sufficient funds to complete the transaction. The goods will not be shipped until this pre-authorization check has been completed. We will charge the payment to your card after the order has been accepted.
The confidential data of the payment card (card number, expiry date, CVV code), are encrypted and transmitted directly to the payment manager. The seller therefore never has access to and does not store his credit card data.
c. Payment with ScalaPay
If you buy with Scalapay you receive your order immediately and pay in 3 installments. You acknowledge that the installments will be transferred to Incremento SPV Srl, to related parties and their assignees, and that you authorize this transfer.
d. Customs duties for purchases from non-EEC countries
By placing an order on CappellettoShop, the user accepts the possibility that the products are subject to customs, postal, transport and import duties in the user's country of residence and that these taxes are independent of Cappelletto's control. We do not accept cancellations of orders once they have left our stores.
In particular, we advise that customs duties for imports to the United Kingdom on shoes can reach 40% of the cost of the shoes themselves. By ordering on CappellettoShop, the customer accepts the payment that will be requested by DHL for the customs duties required for the delivery of the order to its destination. If the customer refuses to receive his order that has already arrived at customs, CappellettoShop will return the package to Italy and will deduct both the return shipping costs and the customs duties for returning the goods from the refund.
Please be aware that shipping costs to the UK are € 30.
e. Right of withdrawal
You have the right to withdraw from the contract without penalty within 14 days of receiving your order. The right of withdrawal is exercised by written communication sent by e-mail to the address: firstname.lastname@example.org.
CAPPELLETTO SHOP will refund the expense incurred by you no later than ten working days from receipt of the return. The shipping costs in the event of a return are always at your expense. Go here for more information
f. Discount Codes
Account Discount Codes - Discount codes may be offered to account holders from time to time; these codes can only be applied to purchases made through the account for which a discount code has been offered and registered.
g. Promotional discount codes - From time to time we may offer promotional discount codes which may apply in relation to all purchases or specific purchases made through this website.
These terms and conditions apply to all promotions made by CAPPELLETTO SHOP, competitions and discount codes (unless otherwise indicated).
• Discount codes cannot be combined. Only one can be used per order
• Some brands may be excluded from some promotions. Brand exclusions will be disclosed as Continuous.
h. Gift voucher
We will ship your gift card as soon as payment is confirmed or on the delivery date you specify (whichever is later). Unfortunately we cannot take any responsibility for any delay, regardless of the reason. The gift certificate must be spent within one year.
i. Defective Product
Each product is checked before being shipped and CappellettoShop documents the status of the product with photos. However, if the product should show any defect upon arrival, the customer must immediately send an email to email@example.com, indicating the alleged defect and attach any supporting documents (detailed photos of the product, order number, etc.). In the event of a recognized defect, CappellettoShop undertakes to detect the product for inspection. Only in the case of a recognized defect, Cappelletto undertakes to replace the defective product or, if this is not possible, to partially or totally refund the purchase price depending on the nature of the defect.
CappellettoShop reserves the right to refuse to follow up on a late complaint (beyond the fifth day from the date of receipt of the order by the customer), a complaint relating to normal wear, a defect for which the user is responsible or which derives from the nature of the product. Some products may have irregular parts and / or irregularities that are part of the manufacturing process or correspond to the material used.
The products sold on CappellettoShop are available for personal sale and not for resale. By placing an order on the site, the User guarantees that he will use the product only for personal use. Furthermore, orders with more than four quantities of the same product will not be accepted.
You can pay for our collection service using the credit / debit card with which you would normally pay for our products and our conditions of sale also apply for this service. Please note that we do not accept gift vouchers or discount codes by way of partial or full payment for this service.
Once payment for the service has been made, we cannot make any changes. So if you want to change the address, you will have to cancel the pickup and pay for a new one.
An address that the courier can access is required and a responsible adult must be present for the delivery of the goods. If the courier is unable to collect your goods, you will still be charged for the cost of the service.
In the event that your goods are not collected due to an error by the forwarder or CAPPELLETTO SHOP, we will refund the cost of the service.
The goods subject to return are all subject to our return policy and the withdrawal of this does not necessarily imply the acceptance of their return.
n. Refusal of an order
The Seller reserves the right to refuse or cancel orders that come from:
- by a user with whom the Seller has an ongoing legal dispute
- by a user who has previously violated the General Conditions of Sale
- by a user who has released incomplete or in any case inaccurate data, or false identification data.
- by a user who has purchased more than one size of a product whose description specifies the possibility of purchasing one size per order.
